Environment & Energy

At our two Styrian sites, we rely on modern machines, intelligent process planning and a high degree of resource conservation. Our laser and flame-cutting systems are designed to be energy-efficient, and the use of materials is optimized through precise planning and the recycling of offcuts. We consistently return metal waste to the recycling loop – cleanly separated, sorted and documented.

Thanks to short transportation routes and regional partners, we avoid unnecessary emissions and noticeably reduce our environmental footprint. We also pay attention to energy consumption and conscious digitalization in the administrative area.

Collaboration & Responsibility

For us, sustainability starts with people. We create secure jobs, offer prospects for further development and live a culture of trust. Many of our employees have been with the company for years – in some cases decades. This continuity is just as valuable to us as any new technology.

Flat hierarchies and direct communication ensure short paths and genuine participation. Anyone who takes on responsibility with us is listened to – and encouraged.

Steel with attitude

Sustainability is not just a buzzword for us, but a responsibility we live by – in the way we use resources, in our production processes and in the way we work together. As an industrial company, we know that our actions leave their mark. That’s why we do our best every day to make these as small and meaningful as possible.

Foresight as a principle

We believe that sustainable action does not fit into checklists – but into decisions. That is why we are constantly investing in more efficient systems, training our teams in environmentally relevant topics and developing our processes with the aim of consuming less and achieving more.
